A Family PerspectiveThe crowds that heard Jesus were becoming hostile and Jesus' family feared for his life. "They went out to restrain him," for not only was he embarrassing the family, he was also endangering himself. But Jesus would not compromise his conscience. He continued to say what others preferred not to hear. Sometimes parents have to do the same; they have a good model in Jesus. Summer FestivalThe Sisters of SS. Cyril & Methodius, Danville, PA will be holding their Annual Summer Festival on Saturday, June 21st, on the grounds of Villa Sacred Heart. Featured will be chicken dinners, games, arts and crafts, flea market, Sisters' Pantry, flowers & plants. Time is 10:00am to 6:00pm. At 5:30 Liturgy for Sunday will be said in the Cathedral that same day. lan a day to visit our Slovak Sisters and support their endeavors. They will be most appreciative!
