New Parishioners' Sunday

Happily, over the past few years, our parish membership has increased noticeably with the registration of new families in St. Joseph Church. We should like to recognize our new parishioners in a special way on next Sunday, October 11th. By means of a letter, they are being invited to participate at the 10:30am Mass and receive the Church's suggested blessing for new members to a Parish. After Mass, an informal "get acquainted" reception will be held in the School Hall over coffee and pastries. All parishioners, old and new, are welcome to attend and strengthen the ties which unite us.

Your Prayers are Requested

In the kindness of your prayers, please remember the sick: Vera Lahm, Julia Esposito, Casper Hracho, John Yankech, Mary Riley, Rose Guldan, Jean Moister, Helen Gentile, and the dead: Father James Soreth, Marion Bluemke.

Pilgrimage Forming

The National Shrine of St. Jude in Baltimore is the destination of a bus pilgrimage on Sunday, October 25th. The visit to the Shrine includes Holy Mass and Novena Prayers. The bus leaves at 9:30am from the parking lot of Our Lady of the Rosary Church, South 17th Avenue. The deadline for reservations is October 11th.
