Students have their own spending money, insurance, and airfare. Families provide room, board, understanding, and love. For complete details call P.E.A.C.E., the Pro-American Educational and Cultural Exchange at 1-800-377-2232. You may call anytime (evenings or weekends). P.E.A.C.E. is a small, closely-supervised, family oriented program with emphasis on providing the Latin American teenager at Catholic-Christian home environment, and an understanding of our history, our social values, and our political and economic systems. Both student and family will gain a lifelong friendship. A Family Perspective Since Jesus speaks today of treasures and valuable pearls, this would be a good time for families to take stock of who and what they hold dear, and how these relate to the kingdom of heaven.
